When you outgrow the free limits, two paid plans add unlimited records, your branding, cloud backup and a monthly allowance for the smart assistant. The prices below are in US dollars for the web checkout — billed globally by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record), which shows your local currency at checkout; on Google Play you pay the same plans at your local store price. Paying yearly gives you two months free.

The prices above are the same plans, in US dollars. On Google Play you pay in your own currency at your local store price; on the web you pay the US-dollar price shown here, and Dodo Payments converts it to your local currency at checkout. Either way it is the same Premium and Premium Plus — pick whichever is easier for you.

How to upgrade. Tap Get Premium and check out securely inside the app — card and other local methods are handled by Dodo Payments and PayPal, which show your local currency at checkout. Premium unlocks instantly on your account. You can keep using BillBook free in the meantime, and cancel anytime.

Yearly vs monthly. Annual plans are billed once a year — that's two months free versus paying month by month.

A “smart action” is one Smart Helper question, one bill or statement scan, or one daily summary. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month.

BillBook Business is business record-keeping software, and paid plans are subscriptions for access to that software only. It is not a marketplace or a platform for selling digital content, and not a bank, payment, lending, wallet, money-transfer, investment, insurance, gambling, legal-advice or tax-advice service.
